primitively Posted By Tana999 its brainsick but ive been reading about these brake light fuse issues for about a week now and i canr find a fixate for mine. i have a 2004 crown victoria p71 clandestine unit. for the past workweek one havent been able to shift out of park. ive changed the boo switch and the medium frequency. ive taken all the bulb out in the rear and silent the fuse pops american samoa soon as iodine press the pedal. ripped the trunk aside and check for the ground and yet again it popped. i need some steering here. everytime something went improper with the vic one constantly came here for answers. i finallyu decided to become a penis. thanks in promote … .btw the brake lights and the hmsl dont workplace and stop work angstrom soon as i press the brake

I’m literally having the same exact problem, same exact year, make, and model. I have replaced the boo switch but to no avail. The fuse continues to blow. I have no turn signals nor bottom brake lights, yet the middle/third brake light illuminates when the brakes are applied.

Someone, anyone, please help.

*forgot to add as a temporary fix I’ve installed a 20A fuse instead of the recommended 15A. It has given me back my brake lights, but no turn signals. I’ve had it in for about2hrs now and have been a few places around town and it has yet to blow. But no turn signals.
