Any product found to be defective within 30 days of purchase is eligible for a refund or substitute, however any merchandise found to be defective after 30 days but beforethe guarantee period has expired are only eligible for a substitute merely. successor product does not renew the guarantee time period.
When a merchandise is found to be defective, complete cable car Parts will cover the costs of ship of the replacement contribution to the original buyer. Warranty and UPS related claims may require authentication, but not limited to pictures, video, or dispatch back to the manufacturer.

If the defective part is requested to be returned to the manufacturer, Complete Car Parts will issue a call tag for the original buyer to ship the product back. The original buyer is responsible for packaging and rescue to a UPS driver or suitable UPS adeptness for return dispatch. bankruptcy to return the request product will result in denial of current guarantee claim.
All returned products must be accompanied by an approved RMA act provided by complete Car Parts.
No reimbursements will be given for delay, parturiency, mileage, cable car rental, or any early costs involved in installation or re-installation of any merchandise in motion.
