Lol!

The game fined me for that two times already. Its annoying but also funny. 😛 seeing as the fine aint that bad i dont mind, cant get perfect runs due to it but whatever. I just want to know *why* Using the normal headlights (so once press L ) not the double press, and defo not the J key wich lights up the entire road xD

I have never ever had a fine for using normal headlights at night. One press brings on the running lights and the second press brings on the Normal Headlights which is what your supposed to have on. If you don’t press “L” the second time you won’t have your normal Low Beam headlights on !

And he wonders why he’s getting fined LMAO! Even though at night it’s light enough to drive without the lights on but I turn them on.

Oh, i thought the second press was the high/bright beams, wich is why i didnt turn them on. XD and i have a mod to make the nights even darker, Issue fixed xD

Happens quite often real life, especially in areas where there is a lot of light. People don’t realize they only have their parking lights on.

Once I was even passed by a van with no lights on. The passenger was hanging out the side window shinning a flashlight at the road. Probably blew a fuse. People don’t realize that your instrument light panel is on the same circuit as your headlights. If your instrument panel goes black, your headlights are off too.

In my car instrument panel is turning on when starting the engine, not lights. What is funny, it automatically get dimmer, when turning lights on (which is logical, as you are suppose to use light when it is dark) So, except control light for headlights, there is no indication that lights are turned off/on

If it wasn’t clear: What I meant was that if your instrument panel is dark there is a problem with the circuit, most likely a blown fuse, and your headlights don’t work either.

In our van the instrument panel lights didnt work, but the headlights did, the cable was broken for the panel lighting 😛

I only got this when I turned on the extra 500 lights that I had on mah truck.

Some countries in the game require lights on in day time but cant remember which, i usually keep my side lights on regardless of what the ai is doing

I notice that half of the trucks and buses tend to drive around with lights on in real life, I guess it gives them a little back up if there is ever an accident and a driver says “I didn’t see him”, you know? apart from the fact that it is a huge vehicle lol.
