google motorcycle helmet lock.

install a trunk with a lock.

or carry your shit around (this is what i do).

welcome to riding.

if someone wants your helmet bad enough the helmet locks are useless. i learned this the hard way, now i just carry my helmet.

minor inconvenience to not have to spend hundred of dollars on another helmet.

level 1

get a steel cable lock, or try to get a large locker.

what bike do you have? you might already have a hook under your locking rear seat that’s designed for hanging your helmet on

2015 ninja 300, i don’t remember ever seeing one there

i use a bicycle u-lock and go across the chin bar on my bike and then lock it to the handle bar. i’ve heard many stories about people using the helmet as a urinal or cutting the strap to steal the helmet, if i can minimize those chances i will. usually, like 85% of the time, i’ll just take it with me.

carrying it with you is the beat wayobviously. but if you cant for some reason i actually use a small gun safety lock. just hook it through the visor and chin guard to your bars on the bike or something.

carry it around. homeless people will pee in helmets, in broad daylight even. just use it as a murse with the chinstrap as a handle. convenient place for keys, gloves, etc.

between my shoei and eventual delivery of skully helmet, both very high cost, i won’t leave it solo with a lock. carry them. always.

level 1

never leave it on the bike unless it’s locked in hard bags.

carry it.

replacement helmets are expensive.

would you leave your phone sitting on the seat?

i have an abus cable lock that i use. i can’t say how effective it is, because i’ve only had to use it 2-3 times and i wasn’t gone that long during those times. i normally carry it with me when i ride to work.

gun lock. have one under my seat, it’s small enough to go though the chin strap rings and long enough to allow the arm of a jacket around a fork so it keeps your jacket safe too.

hire a bodyguard to sit with your bike and helmet while you’re gone.

level 1

backpack with a helmet pad/strap system. like this one. keep your helmet with you, people are assholes, and you don’t want to come back to your bike to find your helmet gone, or worse that someone pissed in it.

level 1

how do you keep your helmet from being stolen?

carry it with me.

i ride a sports bike with a full face helmet and i don’t want to carry it with my every time i have to walk into school or the store or anything

nobody said motorcycles are convenient.

leaving it on the ground seems so easy to steal. any advice?

maybe get a car?

level 2

a lot of people say motorcycles are convenient cause they are
